At SiliconeReborns, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted silicone reborn dolls. Due to the artistic and custom nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from SiliconeReborns, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ALL SALES POLICY
Because our silicone reborn dolls are handmade collectibles and often made-to-order, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Personal preference
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Minor artistic variations
Improper handling or damage after delivery
2. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER DOLLS
Custom dolls and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you.
• A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) is required.
• Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
• Payments made toward custom dolls are non-refundable.
If a payment plan is used and payments stop, SiliconeReborns reserves the right to cancel the order and retain previous payments to cover materials and labor.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your doll arrives damaged during shipping:
You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Provide clear photos of:
The doll
The damaged area
The packaging and shipping box
Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for a claim.
If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
Repair service
Replacement (if available)
Partial refund
Full refund (in rare cases)
SiliconeReborns reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
4. SHIPPING ISSUES
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier:
• SiliconeReborns is not responsible for theft or loss.
• Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Customs delays
Import taxes or duties
Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.
5. RETURN CONDITIONS (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
• The doll must be returned in original condition.
• No alterations, modifications, or cleaning attempts should be made.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Deposits
Custom orders
Layaway/payments already made
Digital items (if applicable)
Clearance or discounted items
7. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
We encourage customers to contact SiliconeReborns directly to resolve any concerns.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate order cancellation
Permanent ban from future purchases
Submission of evidence to the payment provider
We document all orders, shipping confirmations, and communications.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
9. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
• SiliconeReborns is not responsible for additional processing delays by financial institutions.
